Paul McCartney One on One Tour: Live in Porto Alegre, Friday the 13th, October 2017

A huge crowd of virtually 50,000 Brazilian people enjoyed the most remarkable show on Earth.

No other musician has a richer repertoire than Paul McCartney, and no other musician is such a showman.

His band plays easily and they have a lot of fun doing their jobs.

As for the technical details of the show, that is, sound, lights, fireworks, and, of course, the live transmission on the two enormous, high quality vertical screens, one of each side of the stage, well, it must be said that they are taken care by a technical crew whose members are no less than experts on their own métiers.

Every song provokes an incredible amount of emotions, all of them mixed and superposed.
Most of all, it is the happiness to be there, the epiphany for participating of such a wonderful moment.

An impulse to dance (1985, Queenie Eye).

A desire to sing along (Love me Do, Let it Be, Hey Jude, Yesterday).

A sense of homecoming (A Hard Day's Night, Can Buy Me Love, And I Love Her, Live and Let Die).

Or just a feeling of wonder (Something, We Can Work it Out, Blackbird, Here Today).

Dedications: Paul dedicated My Valentine to his wife, Nancy, who was at Beira-Rio Stadium.

Something was dedicated to his brother George
Harrison.

Here, Today, to John Lennon.

Love me Do, to George Martin.

Other Wings highlights:

Jet, Let me Roll it, Band on the Run

Very first songs:

Maybe I'm Amazed = the very first great success of his solo career.

In Spite of All the Danger= the very first recording of The Quarrymen, credited to McCartney and Harrison.

Medleys:

A Day in the Life + Give Peace a Chance

Golden Slumbers + Carry That Weight + The End

And two great surprises:

Helter Skelter

Sgt. Pepper Lonely Heart Club Band
